Is it really free?
Yes. Build your profile and the course is yours at no cost. We never charge carers or nurses for anything.
Who provides the course?
CareStream, a care training platform run by the same company as us. The course is CPD certified.
Does it give me the Care Certificate?
The course covers the knowledge for all 16 Care Certificate standards. The Care Certificate also includes observed practice, which your employer assesses and signs off when you work with them. Your CareStream certificate shows you completed the course.
I already have the Care Certificate
Great. Add it to your profile and upload your certificate. You can still take the course as a refresher if you’d like to.
How long does it take?
The course takes about 1.5 hours, and you can stop and pick it up again whenever you like.
